Enroll or Change Product

If you are not participating in Medfield Community Electricity (MCE), you can use the secure online form below, or contact the supplier, Direct Energy, at (866) 968-8065 to enroll in any of Medfield Community Electricity products. Once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service. Please note that based on your meter read date, it may take up to two billing cycles to complete enrollment.

Please note: If you are a new industrial customer, or have previously opted out of the Program, the supplier has the option to offer a market rate.

Be sure to use the name and address associated with the account. Thank you for participating in Medfield Community Electricity.

Located below the account number on your electricity bill (usually the first four letters of the last name associated with the residential account, or first four letters of the commercial account name).
